TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AUCTION WINNERS:
While every artwork is packaged, reinforced, and shipped with the greatest of care, bidders acknowledge that damage or loss can occur in transit that is outside our control — in our last auction, for example, one item’s super-glue gave out mid-flight due to the cold and altitude of air freight. If an issue arises we’re happy to advise on repairs where possible, but auction winners accept that shipping original artwork carries some inherent risk.
The winning bid must be paid in full within 3 days, or the win will pass to the next-highest bidder. Winning bids are non-refundable.
Shipping is paid by the purchaser in addition to the winning bid. You’re welcome to pick your piece up from our studio in Victoria, Australia, or send a courier of your own — otherwise we’ll organise shipping and send you an invoice. Duties, taxes, customs and insurance are also the purchaser’s responsibility. There are no refunds if the winner does not pay for shipping.
Artworks will be shipped in early September 2026.
